Has poverty in the U.S limited the access to child health care .

Premise 1: Childhood mortality rates are higher in the United States than in Europe at all age levels, most markedly among children aged 1 to 4 years and adolescents aged 15 to 19 years.
Premise 2:uninsured children range from 5% in Michigan to 20% in Texas
Premise 3: 28 million children are covered by medicaid, and 6 million are covered by SCHIP
Conclusion:
Poverty in the U.S has limited the access to child Health care?

My interest of/in Child Health care compels me to participate in a Community Service project because I recognize that I can contribute to the cause or improvement of Child Health care During the time of my community service project I want to collaborate with St. Christopher Hospital because they are one of the best child hospital around.
